Returns
Unboxing Video
Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package. If a product is missing, broken during delivery, or the wrong item is sent, we cannot accept claims without the unboxing video. Recording this video helps avoid any misunderstandings.
Below is the list of cases where returns, exchanges, warranties and refunds are not applicable:
- If the product is burned or physically damaged.
- Clearance sale products.
- If the product’s original seal or sticker is removed.
- Any free gift or prize given with the product.
- Any accessories, chargers, or adapters that come with the product.
- If the product has no scratches, stains, and is in a condition that can be resold.
- Issues with compatibility with any third-party hardware, devices, apps, or software that don’t come with the product by default.
Return Rules
- You can return a product within 7 days of delivery.
- Please check the product as soon as you receive it. If there is any issue, send us a written complaint, preferably via email. For minor problems or questions about how to use the product, feel free to call us or message us on Facebook.
- If you need to return a product, pack it properly in its original box or a separate bag. Don’t put tape on the product box. Include all items that came with it, like papers, boxes, accessories, warranty cards, stickers, labels, and any gift items. You or someone else will need to send the package to our office. We may be able to arrange a pickup, but you will need to pay the courier fee in advance.
- The product must be in resalable condition. Returns won’t be accepted if parts are missing or the box is damaged. Once we receive the product and check it, we will process the refund within 72 hours.
- If there is any issue with the product, we will cover the delivery cost (Tk 60 within Dhaka and Tk 120 outside Dhaka). However, if you change your mind, dislike the product, or return it for any other reason, you will have to pay the courier charges and any additional settlement fees.
- For refunds, if you received a cashback or gift with your order, the value of that will be deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to you. Please read our Refund Policy for more details.
