A full, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims. No exceptions.
Replacement First
We prioritise repair or replacement over refunds. Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible.
Warranty Support
Warranty claims are handled through our authorised supplier. Coverage varies by product and brand.
Approved Couriers Only
Returns must be sent via Sundarban, Pathao, RedX, eCourier, or Steadfast. SA Paribahan not accepted.
Refund via Mobile Banking
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

Return Approval & Shipping
If approved, you'll receive a Return Approval Code. Write this code on your package before shipping.
Ship via Approved Courier
Send the product via an approved courier and share the tracking details with us via WhatsApp.
Inspection & Resolution
Once received, we inspect the product and provide repair, replacement, or refund within 5–15 business days.
Packaging Rules: Return the product with all original accessories and packaging. Do not apply tape directly to the product box. If the original box is unavailable, wrap securely with paper. Poorly packed returns damaged in transit will not be accepted.

- Physical damage — burns, cracks, scratches, or broken parts caused by the customer
- Warranty sticker or seal has been tampered with or removed
- Product is not in resalable condition
- Accessories such as cables, chargers, and adapters (not covered under warranty)
- Free gifts or promotional items included with an order
- Compatibility issues with third-party apps, software, or hardware — unless the product itself is defective
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
