Order Processing — Within 72 Hours
We verify your order, confirm stock availability, and prepare your shipment within 72 hours.
Dispatched & Handed to Courier
Your order is sealed, packed securely, and handed to our delivery partner. You'll receive a tracking update.
Out for Delivery
The courier will contact you before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
Delivered — Pay & Unbox
Complete your payment, then open your package. Record your unboxing video — it's required for any issue claims.
Unboxing Video is Mandatory. Record a continuous, uncut video while opening your parcel. If any item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, this video is required to process your claim. Claims without video evidence cannot be accepted.
No Pre-Check Before Payment. Our delivery agents are not authorised to allow product inspection before payment is completed. Please complete payment first, then open and verify your order.
Charge Before First Use. Many electronics and battery-powered products require a full charge or initial setup before use. This is normal and does not indicate a defect.
